About Vipassana Meditation Center

Dhamma Shringa Vipassana Meditation Centre is one of Nepal’s most renowned meditation centers, located in the peaceful foothills of Shivapuri near Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu. Established in 1981 as the first Vipassana center in Nepal, it offers residential meditation courses based on the teachings of S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin.
