User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” “your”) and Nearif.com (“Nearif,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your use of Nearif’s registered services, including creating accounts, submitting reviews, and managing business listings.

By registering an account or using Nearif’s services, you agree to comply with all terms below:

1. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
• You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must safeguard your login credentials and immediately notify Nearif of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

2. Content Submission

By posting reviews, business listings, or any other content (“User Content”), you:

• Confirm you have the right or permission to share the content.
• Grant Nearif a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, reproduce, and modify your content in connection with Nearif’s services.
• Acknowledge that your content will be publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory.
• Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory.
• Spam, promotional material without consent, or fake reviews.
• In violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

Nearif reserves the right to remove such content at our discretion without prior notice.

4. Business Listings

When submitting or claiming a business listing, you represent that:

• You have explicit authorization to represent the business.
• All provided business information is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.

Nearif reserves the right to verify, edit, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.

5. Termination

Nearif may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any terms of this Agreement.
• You submit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• You attempt to manipulate listings, reviews, ratings, or the overall system.

You may request a review of your termination by contacting our support team.

6. Responsibility & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Nearif harmless from any claims, damages, legal actions, liabilities, or losses resulting from:

• Content you upload, post, or share.
• Your misuse of Nearif’s services.
• Violations of applicable laws or third-party rights by you or your content.

7. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this Agreement or your use of Nearif’s services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration means a neutral arbitrator will make the final decision, and you waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Modifications

Nearif may update this Agreement occasionally. You agree to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.
