About Veerays

Veerays is inspired by the clandestine speakeasies of the prohibition-era, infused with motifs of the Roaring 20s with fun dining, exotic Indian fares, prohibition era cocktails, and Bollywood beats. Derived from the Punjabi word for "good friends," Veerays is a concept by the trio behind the East Village’s Veeray da Dhaba — Michelin starred Chef, Hemant Mathur, Restauranteur, Sonny Solomon, and Chef de Cuisine, Binder Saini.
