About Universal Language & Computer Institute

Universal Language & Computer Institute (ULCI) is one of Nepal’s oldest and most well-known education and training institutes, located in Dillibazar/Putalisadak, Kathmandu. It was established in 1984 and initially started as a language and computer training center. Over time, it expanded into a major institution offering test preparation, language courses, and educational consultancy services. The institute is especially known for providing training in English and other foreign languages (like Chinese and German) as well as computer courses. It also offers preparation classes for international exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, OET, and PTE, which are important for students planning to study abroad.
