About Ultimate Lifting Club

Ultimate Lifting Club (ULC) is a fitness and strength training gym located in Tinkune, Kathmandu, Nepal. It is known as a modern lifting-focused gym that promotes strength training, bodybuilding, and aesthetic fitness culture among young lifters in the city. The gym mainly focuses on weight training, powerlifting-style workouts, hypertrophy training, and functional strength development.
