About Sugata Buddhist College

Sugata Buddhist College is a higher education institution located at Rajshree Mahavihara, Tangal, Patan, Lalitpur, Nepal. Established in 2012 as a sister organization of the Nepal Buddhist Council and affiliated with Lumbini Buddhist University, the college specializes in advanced studies of Mahāyāna Buddhism and offers a Master of Arts program in this field. The college is dedicated to preserving and promoting Buddhist philosophy, history, culture, and traditional knowledge while encouraging academic research and critical understanding of Buddhist teachings.
