We are building a community space to make delicious yet healthy and nutritious meals accessible to all using a sliding scale pricing model. We are the first donors and first volunteers. We use wholesome food concepts - we start with whole food and whole spices, which are ground daily to give you the best possible flavor. Reducing or eliminating oil and dairy cream makes our food heart friendly. The classic dishes taste even better and are now healthy and nutritious. Our cooking method preserves micronutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants. You feed someone in need just by eating with us!"
