It is especially famous for making “Juju Dhau” (King Curd), a rich and creamy buffalo milk yogurt that is considered a signature delicacy of the Bhaktapur region. The shop follows the traditional Newari method of preparation, where fresh buffalo milk is boiled, cooled, and then fermented in clay pots.
