About Radisson Consultancy & Hotel Training

Radisson Consultancy & Hotel Training is a hospitality training institute and consultancy based in Kalimati, Kathmandu, Nepal, specializing in hotel and culinary education. Established in 2015, the centre offers a variety of short‑term, diploma, and vocational training programmes in the hospitality field, including cooking, bakery, barista/coffee making, waiter/waitress service, housekeeping, and food & beverage management — all designed to develop practical skills for careers in hotels and restaurants. The institute is affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and focuses on hands‑on, industry‑relevant training led by experienced instructors in well‑equipped kitchen and service labs. Its objectives also include job placement support in local hotels and restaurants and preparation for interviews, helping students transition into hospitality roles in Nepal and abroad.
