About PADT Madhav Raj Sumargi Smriti Bhawan

PADT Madhav Raj Sumargi Smriti Bhawan is a multipurpose public building located in the Pashupati area of Kathmandu, Nepal. It is operated under the Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT), which manages religious, cultural, and heritage-related facilities around the Pashupatinath Temple. The building was constructed through the support of Nepali businessman Ajeya Sumargi, who financed its development and later handed it over to PADT for public and institutional use. It was designed as a memorial-style hall complex and is intended to support cultural, religious, and social events within the Pashupati premises.
