About Nepal Telecom, Head Quarter

Nepal Telecom Head Quarter (NTC) is the central office of Nepal’s state-owned telecommunications company, located in Bhadrakali Plaza, Kathmandu. It is the main administrative and operational hub of Nepal Telecom, which provides services such as mobile networks (GSM, 4G/LTE), landline telephony, broadband internet (FTTH), and data services across the country. The headquarters manages national-level planning, network expansion, technical operations, and customer service policies for the entire telecom system. From this office, major decisions about infrastructure development, service upgrades, and digital projects are coordinated for all provinces of Nepal.
