About Namaste Pay

Namaste Pay is a mobile digital wallet service in Nepal developed by Nepal Digital Payments Company (NDPC), a joint initiative of Nepal Telecom and Rastriya Banijya Bank. It is designed to make digital payments easier for both smartphone and basic mobile users through app-based, USSD (*500#), and web-based services. It allows users to store money digitally and perform a wide range of financial activities such as sending and receiving money, mobile recharge, utility bill payments (electricity, water, internet, TV), and merchant payments. Users can also link their bank accounts for easy deposits and withdrawals, and even use authorized agents for cash-in and cash-out services.
