About Jawalakhel Youth Club

Jawalakhel Youth Club (JYC) is a Nepalese sports and social organization based in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, best known for its professional football team that competes in the Martyr’s Memorial A-Division League, the top tier of Nepali football. The club, established in 2029 B.S. (around 1972 AD), was formed to promote sports among local youth and develop football talent from the community, and it has since grown into a recognized name in Nepali football. Beyond football, it also engages in social activities such as health camps, blood donation programs, and community awareness events, while its football team regularly participates in national-level competitions and training programs under the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), making it an important contributor to both sports development and youth engagement in Lalitpur.
