About Help And Care

Help And Care is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Dhulikhel, Nepal, founded in 2000. It was established with the goal of improving the living standards of rural and semi-urban communities through development-focused programs and social support activities. The organization works in multiple sectors including health, education, agriculture, livestock development, literacy, children’s welfare, and income-generation programs. Its main focus is to empower local communities by providing training, awareness campaigns, and practical support so people can become more self-reliant.
