The company is headquartered in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, and provides a range of financial services including deposits, various types of loans (such as personal, home, business, and agriculture loans), remittance services, and digital banking solutions. It has also expanded through mergers, including the acquisition of Synergy Finance Ltd, which helped strengthen its capital base and market presence.
